NOTICE TO CONSULTANTS REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) FOR 8TH AND 9TH STREETS IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT ENGINEERING AND ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES The City of Arcata is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to provide engineering and environmental services for the Public Engagement and Environmental Documentation phase of the 8th and 9th Streets Improvements Project in Arcata, California. The City intends to enter an agreement with a qualified consulting firm to complete this initial phase of the Project, with the option to later enter agreements to complete the remaining phases of the project. The City has been awarded funding for this Project through California Department of Housing and Community Development’s Infill and Infrastructure Grant Program. Proposals for this work will be received at the City Manager’s Office, 736 F Street, Arcata, California until 4:00 p.m. on Friday, February 18, 2022. The award for this contract is anticipated to be made at the Arcata City Council’s meeting on or after April 20, 2022.
