This Request for Proposal is to establish an annual contract(s) for Professional Training Services for the County of Sacramento, Central California Intelligence Center as needed. Eligible vendors who plan to submit a proposal for one or more of the courses within, but who have not obtained a Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) number and/or are not currently registered in the System for Award Management (SAM), should take immediate action to obtain a DUNS number, if applicable, and then register in SAM. It can take 4 weeks or more after submission of a SAM registration to become active in SAM. The contract(s) resulting from this RFP shall be for an initial one-year period commencing with execution of the contract by the Contract and Purchasing Services Division. For reasons of economy and efficiency, the County reserves the right to extend a contract(s) two additional one-year periods, for a total of three years, upon mutual agreement.
