Notice Summary Metro is seeking proposals from qualified software firms to provide software and services for an E-Procurement System. The project includes software and vendor selection, implementation and support services for an electronic solicitation submission system. Metro's intent is to explore E-Procurement systems as it is seeking to further streamline and expedite the procurement solicitation process as well as maximize participation of small historically disadvantaged businesses, increasing transparency and encouraging competition in the award of Metro contracts.
