The scope of work shall include, but is not limited to, provide equipment, material, and labor to install. Electronic Bid Submission Only NOTE TO BIDDERS:The District has implemented a new visitor management system. Bidders must bring a government issued ID to enter District buildings. In addition, upon entering a District building, each contractor must present a valid government issued ID such as a Driver’s License, which can either be scanned or manually entered into the system. When the contractor has been verified, the system will create a customized badge that includes the name, date, time, and destination in the building. Then, the contractor will wear this badge while in the building, allowing for easy identification. A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, April 9, 2025. Contractors must meet at West Blvd. Elementary, Front Office, 107 E Sexton Rd., Columbia, MO 65203.
