The City of Holly Hill is seeking a qualified HVAC contractor to remove and replace (6 ea) 5-Ton AC systems service the gymnasium at the Holly Hill YMCA, located at 1046 Daytona Avenue, Holly Hill, Florida 32117. Specifications of work include: • Charge down and remove (6 ea) existing 5-Ton GrandAire air handlers and condenser units • Furnish and install (6 ea) thermostats with control wires • Furnish and install (6 ea) 5-Ton straight cool condensing units. Daikin or similar, 16 Seer performance • Furnish and install (6 ea) 5-Ton air handlers • The rental of a lull will be required for this work as the air handlers are hung from the ceiling in the gymnasium. • The protection of the existing flooring is required while work is occurring. • Obtain all necessary permits from the City of Holly Hill. Permit fees will be paid by the Public Works Department The proposals are to be in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications stated herein.
