The City of Holly Hill, Florida, is requesting proposals from experienced contractor(s) to replace a 398’ wooden pier at Sunrise Park North, located at 1135 Riverside Drive, Holly Hill, Florida 32117 with a new timber pier. A more detailed Scope of Work can be found in ‘Exhibit A’ of the bid packet. The proposals are to be in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications stated herein.
