Total distance to be covered is approximately 10 pole miles. Work is located in the vicinity of Snohomish and Island Counties, Washington. Contractors shall be on the District’s Small Works Roster and currently Prequalified for Category D-1 – Right-of-Way (Tree and Brush Work) prior to bidding.
