The City of Menifee is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide analysis and strategy for the City of Menifee through an interactive and collaborative engagement process with stakeholders, to collectively and ultimately identify an unique and creative “Placemaking, Identity & Tourism” plan that supports the City of Menifee’s cultural identity, facilitates regionally inclusive creative placemaking and tourism strengths and opportunities by addressing such elements as land use, policies, economic development, special events, urban form, accessibility, and livability.
