The City of Woodstock, Georgia, herein referred to as the City, is seeking proposals from experienced planning consultants for the Highway 92 Development Standards Livable Centers Initiative (LCI) Tactical Study. The City of Woodstock has been awarded federal funds through the Atlanta Regional Commission¿s LCI program for consulting services to produce the study. The study will provide a roadmap for redevelopment of Highway 92 through the creation of the Highway 92 Development Standards. These standards will create a regulatory framework the goals of walkability and high¿quality architectural character found in Downtown Woodstock with the constraints of high traffic volume, parking demand, and limited pedestrian crossings along the auto¿centric Highway 92 corridor. The study will also identify opportunities for the development of greenfield or infill housing.
