HARNEY COUNTY FAIRGROUNDSRFP #2024-02 - HARNEY COUNTY EVENT CENTER NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD CONTRACTNotice is hereby given by the evaluation committee that the Harney County Fairgrounds intends to award the contract for this procurement to Five Star Builders.This decision was based on a review of the proposals received and in response to the above referenced Request for Proposal (RFP). A proposer may submit a formal written protest of the Intent to Award within seven (7) calendar days of the date of this notice. The written protest must specify the grounds upon which the protest is based. Please refer to OAR 137-047-0740. Such protest may be submitted to the Board of County Commissioners, Harney County at 450 N. Buena Vista, Burns, OR 97720. Any protest received after 5:00 pm, June 3, 2024, will not be considered.
