The Moffat County Commissioners (BOCC)will be accepting sealed proposals for: Custodial services for Moffat County Courthouse Building. Proposals may be submitted to the office of Moffat County Development Services, 221 W. Victory Way, Ste. 250, Craig, CO 81625, up to 11:00 A.M. (our clock), on 3/8/2023 at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. The contract would commence April 17th, 2023, and run through December 31, 2023, with an option for 5 one-year renewal periods. Renewal periods shall be from January 1 through December 31 in subsequent years. *Contractor may bid ONE OR BOTH sides of the Moffat County Building (Administration and/or Judicial) * Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on 2/22/2023 at 10:00am at the Moffat County Courthouse at 1198 W.
