In order to effectively implement the City’s strategic priories, the City of Menifee invites qualified consultants/ firms to submit a proposal to assist the City in developing, administering, tabulating/analyzing, and presenting a comprehensive, statistically valid community survey. This City envisions that the first survey will serve as a baseline and subsequent surveys will be conducted every two years (biennially) through 2028. The survey will help guide City staff in formulating recommendations to the Mayor and City Council for refining priorities and developing long-term policy strategies in keeping with the 2023-2028 Strategic Plan.
