To receive proposals from companies qualified to provide Landscape/Grounds Maintenance Services for various College locations specified herein. The successful proposer(s) shall furnish all labor, equipment, and material necessary to maintain the landscape/grounds collegewide in an attractive condition throughout the year as outlined in the specifications contained herein. Requested services include, but are not limited to, lawn maintenance services at several campus locations, with optional services for irrigation maintenance and repairs.
