Notice Summary Medford School District Architect of Record for MSDEC Main Building Bids Due 2:00 p.m., January 5, 2021 Request for Proposal RFP 20-00-18 Notice is hereby given that proposals will be accepted by the Medford School District at the Facilities/Purchasing Office, located at 815 S. Oakdale Avenue, Medford, OR 97501 until 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, January 5th, 2021. There will be a pre-bid meeting on Wednesday, December 23, 2020 at 1:00 p.m. to be held in the facilities office to discuss the project and walk the site. This meeting is not mandatory. Medford School District 549C (District) is seeking written proposals from qualified firms or individuals (Proposer) with demonstrated experience in public projects to provide Architectural services in connection with the design and construction administration for the remodel of the MSDEC Main Building. To be considered, interested parties must submit their Proposals in accordance with the requirements set forth in the RFP. Trailer Comments The district reserves the right to (1) reject any Proposal not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements, (2) to add to the price bid by nonresident bidders an increase equal to the percent preference that the nonresident bidders home state would give it's instate bidders and (3) to reject for good cause any or all Bids that are not in the best interest of the district (4) to reject any or all proposals, in whole or in part, to waive any formalities and to delete items prior to making the award, whenever its is deemed in the sole opinion of Medford School District to be in its best interest.
