The Lower Colorado River Authority (LCRA) is soliciting proposals from qualified, eligible vendors to perform all operations required for the construction of building improvements to the existing men’s and women’s restroom/shower facilities at the Matagorda Bay Nature Park. The building improvements and upgrades include new wall tile, tile flooring, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical upgrades, toilet partitions, fixtures, and countertops.
