The City of Roseville (hereinafter “City”), is soliciting proposals for a Consultant to perform project management, engineering, equipment procurement, construction/installathXDBq OSF qFR 1QOLt 4263110 19106057ion, commissioning services, and additionally related activities for Phase 1 of the rehabilitation of Roseville Power Plant No. 2 (RPP2) based on the tasks specified Section 4.0 SCOPE OF SERVICES of the attached Request for Proposals, under the direction of Roseville Electric (RE) and its agents. Phase 1 of the rehabilitation efforts will primarily focus on aging electrical and control systems, to improve start reliability and sustained cyclic operation. Tasks included in Phase 2 of the project will occur in the future through a renewal of this contract or future advertisement of a separate Request for Proposals, as determined by the City. Phase 2 of the project will focus on the rotating elements of the units and include pulling a generator rotor, performing the gas turbine majors, potential hot gas path blading, addressing any outstanding technical service bulletins regarding the engine, and some potential upgrades. Services identified for Phase 1 of the project are required to be performed between 3/1/2021 and 4/16/2021. These dates may be changed, as determined by RE, with reasonable notice given to consultants and/or contractors. This will be a competitive negotiation process. Qualified individuals, firms, contractors, consultants or entities, that meet the requirements set forth in this Request for Proposals, and are capable of providing the services requested are encouraged to participate.
