REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL RFP 0412 Jefferson Parish Department of Purchasing is soliciting Request for Proposals (RFPs) from qualified firms to provide Food to the masses for the Jefferson Parish Department of Finance – Public Safety Grants. Jefferson Parish Finance – Public Safety Grants is looking to provide food to insecure individuals affected by the COVID-19 with nutritious meals while also providing economic stimulus to commercial kitchens, community restaurants and their employees in order that they may sustain their own operations. All proposals will be evaluated on criteria such as vendor’s technical proposal, qualifications and experience, financial profile and proposal responsiveness and other criteria more specifically defined in the RFP document. The maximum total points for each proposal are set at 100 points PRE–Proposal Conference: Not required.
