The A&I Procurement Office will receive proposals for developing an electronic mine permit application portal for the State of Wyoming, Land Quality Division (LQD) of the Department of Environmental Quality (WDEQ) (Agency) through the Public Purchase online bidding system. Proposals are due no later than 2:00:00 P.M. (Mountain Time) on OCTOBER 27, 2023. Written questions about the procurement should be submitted through the Public Purchase online bidding system until 2:00:00 P.M. Mountain Time on September 22, 2023. Any questions received after that deadline may not be accepted or considered. Each question should be submitted individually.
