The current camera system is failing and the parts to make any repairs are becoming increasingly scarce. All hardware and software for the camera system is no longer supported. The cameras, supporting hardware and software need to be replaced in order to continue to provide safety and security recordings for the State of Wyoming, Department of Revenue, Liquor Division. All bids will go through the Public Purchase online bidding system. Proposals are due no later than 2:00:00 P.M. (Mountain Time) on June 14, 2024. The technical proposal and cost proposal should be uploaded as separate documents and identified as such. Written questions about the procurement should be submitted through the Public Purchase online bidding system until 2:00:00 P.M. Mountain Time on May 31, 2024. Any questions received after that deadline may not be accepted or considered. Each question should be submitted individually.
