REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) #023-006 ENGINEERING AND ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES FOR VRE L’ENFANT TRACK AND STATION IMPROVEMENTS The Virginia Railway Express (VRE) is soliciting Proposals to obtain a professional architectural/engineering (A&E) firm to provide preliminary engineering and environmental services (Base Task), final engineering design services (Optional Task A), and limited construction administration services (Optional Task B) for the Virginia Railway Express (VRE) L’Enfant Track and Station Improvements project. If potential Offerors are accessing a copy of the RFP via VRE’s website, be advised that it is your responsibility to monitor this site for any addenda. Failure to submit signed addenda may be grounds to declare a Proposal non-responsive. If there is a question about the closing date, the date printed on the RFP is the most current. A non-mandatory pre-proposal meeting to discuss the requirements of this solicitation with prospective Offerors will be held on June 30, 2023 at 10:00 A.M. EST at the Hilton Alexandria Old Town, 1767 King Street, Alexandria, VA, 22314. Any changes to the solicitation as a result of the pre-proposal meeting will be issued through a written addendum to the solicitation. Proposals are due July 25, 2023 at 2:00 P.M. EST.
