The A&I Procurement Office will receive proposals for providing monitoring of pygmy rabbit and white tailed prairie dog population parameters and habitat use within the Pinedale Anticline Project Area (PAPA) and designated reference areas FOR THE STATE OF WYOMING, WYOMING GAME AND FISH DEPARTMENT (Agency) through the public purchase online bidding system. Proposals are due no later than October 15, 2020, 2:00 p.m. Mountain Time. All responses must be uploaded completely through the Public Purchase online bidding system no later than the 2:00:00 p.m. MST due date indicated in the document. If your submission has not completely uploaded by the 2:00:00 p.m. MST deadline, the Public Purchase system will lock and your response will be incomplete and deemed non-responsive and eliminated from the evaluation process.
