PROJECT INFORMATION Qualified bidders are invited to submit bids and Request for Proposals (RFP) for Project as described in this Document according to the Instructions to Bidders and the RFP. Project Identification: Moffat County Courthouse. Project Location: 1198 West Victory Way, Craig, CO 81625. Owner: Moffat County, Colorado, Owner's Location: 221 West Victory Way, Craig, CO 81625. Architect: TreanorHL, 1811 Baltimore Ave., Kansas City, Missouri, 64108, 816.221.0900. Project consists of the renovation of a former Kmart big box store into the county courthouse and government offices. The renovation includes approximately 99,5000 gsf with a small 500 gsf addition. The existing building includes a 5,000 gsf mezzanine. The project includes courtrooms, offices and support spaces for Moffat County and the Colordo14th Judicial District. Construction Contract: Bids will be received for the following Work: General Contract (all trades). BID SUBMITTAL AND OPENING Owner will receive sealed bids until the bid time and date at the location indicated below. Owner will consider bids prepared in compliance with the Instructions to Bidders issued by Owner, and delivered as follows: 1. Bid Date: September 1, 2021 2.
