REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI)

The Regional Office of Acquisition and Assistance (ROAA) at USAID Philippines has developed a DRAFT Statement Of Objectives (SOO) for the purpose to provide industry and stakeholders an opportunity to review, comment, suggest and enhance areas in the SOO. The DRAFT Statement Of Objectives (SOO) is anticipated to result in finalizing the SOO that may lead to a formal solicitation for potential offerors.
