The Program Executive Office for Ground Combat Systems (PEO GCS), Project Director Main Battle Tank Systems (PD MBTS), Product Manager Abrams (PdM Abrams) is seeking information on contractors that possess the expertise and capabilities to support the Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) (Industrial Plant Equipment (IPE) and Other Plant Equipment (OPE) located in a Contractor Owned (CO), Contractor Operated (COCO) facility owned by General Dynamics Land Systems (GDLS). The GDLS facility is located in Scranton, Pennsylvania.
