This Request for information (RFI) solicits industry input on structures and strategies for potential commercial lease arrangements exclusively for Zero Emission Vehicles (ZEVs) including 100% electrically-powered Battery Electric Vehicles (BEVs) and Fuel Cell Electric Vehicles (FCEVs) for federal agencies of the United States of America. The federal government ("Government") has an interest in accelerating the adoption of ZEVs within its non-tactical ground fleets.  To this end, the Government is seeking effective solutions for implementing cost-competitive monthly lease rates for these types of vehicles, either through high volume or innovative finance mechanisms.
