This RFI is conducting market research on technologies that address the challenges of security and cost efficiencies directly related to cryptographic interfaces, as well as overall usability and survivability.  The Government will eventually require a Next Generation Survival Radio (NGSR) that will employ technologies to improve reliability, maintainability, and availability (RM&A). The required radio systems and components may leverage off existing systems or be based upon newer systems provided the Technology Readiness Level (TRL) assessments are acceptable.
