1.1 The Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA) in support of the Strategic Outreach Division (STR-STO) is seeking a rental exhibit, with AV equipment and graphics design and production for participation in the Association of the US Army's (AUSA) Annual Meeting in the Walter E. Washington Convention Center, Washington, DC (October 9-11, 2017).
1.2 THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY. This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes. This RFI does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue an RFP in the future. This request for information does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service whatsoever. Further, DSCA is not at this time seeking proposals and will not accept unsolicited proposals. Responders are advised that the U.S. Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this RFI; all costs associated with responding to this RFI will be solely at the interested party's expense. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future RFP, if any is issued. If a solicitation is released, it will be synopsized on the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website. It is the responsibility of the potential offerors to monitor these sites for additional information pertaining to this requirement.
2.0 Background: The objective of the DoD SC exhibit is to promote awareness of the Department's SC programs, in particular Foreign Military Sales (FMS), as well as host senior civilian and military official bilateral meetings with invited international Distinguished Visitors. These engagements support the DoD SC mission, DSCA Vision 2020, and Enterprise-wide improvement efforts.

4.1 Interested parties are requested to read the attached PWS and complete and return the attached RFI sheet.
4.2. Instructions for completion of RFI Sheet.
a. For Item 1 indicate by marking in the "Yes" or "No" column whether your company can meet the desired capability. If you mark "No" for item 1, list what items your company can perform and mark "Yes. Then list the items your company cannot perform and mark "No". You may enter comments in the "What your company offers" column. Whether you mark "Yes" or "No" you may enter your company's alternative capabilities, but definitely do so if marking "No".
b. Enter your company's business size and all applicable socioeconomic classifications that apply to your company.
c. Indicate whether or not your company has a price catalog. If so, please provide a link or mail a copy to the address at 4.7, of this document.
e. A soft copy attachment is provided for vendors' convenience. Should any of the preexisting language be altered, the preexisting version shall take precedence.

STR-STO representatives may or may not choose to meet with potential offerors. Such discussions would only be intended to get further clarification of potential capability to meet the requirements, especially any development and certification risks.
