The program includes a new approximately 2700 square foot kitchen addition and minor cafeteria renovations, including a new lounge. Renovations are also included in the existing Library and Administration area. The Clinic and associated workroom are to be relocated within the Administration suite. Demolition of existing Serving Kitchen, and all general construction , site work, HVAC, electrical, plumbing and all other work as indicated in the Contract Documents.
