PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The City of Saint Paul on behalf of Saint Paul Regional Water Services is looking for bids on Minnehaha Ave Lead Replacement 2022 Project. Furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals required to construct lead water service line replacements in private property. work consisting of excavation, pipework, and pavement restoration for replacement of approximately 260 lead water services. Trenchless or other approved means of lead or galvanized iron water service line replacement may include replacement of the service line and replacement of all necessary appurtenances.
