CBJ is looking to purchase a 60-ton marine hydraulic yard trailer. The Contractor shall include with the cost proposal a written certificate attesting that the proposed equipment is capable of launching and retrieving vessels up to the maximum length and weight advertised using a launch ramp having a 15% slope as shown on the launch ramp design drawings.
