City of Mission Instructions to Bidder – General Terms & Conditions Athletic League Uniforms / RFB: 24-061-11-08 Please read your specifications thoroughly and be sure that the offered complies with all requirements. Any variation from the specifications will not be allowed. If you are the successful bidder, it will be required that “Athletic League Uniforms” be provided as specified. Sealed bids will be received for “Athletic League Uniforms” in accordance with the specifications attached hereto. Summary of Work: The City of Mission is accepting bids for Athletic League Uniforms Bid Submittal Deadline: Bid responses addressed to Mr. Edgar Chapa, Contracts Administrator, will be received until Wednesday, November 08, 2023 at 2:00 p.m., Central Standard Time (CST) at which time they shall be publicly opened. All bid responses are to be delivered to City of Mission Procurement Department, 1201 East 8th Street, Mission, Texas 78572, on or before the aforementioned date and time. Bid responses shall be delivered in a sealed envelope and clearly marked as follows: RFB: 24-061-11-08 Athletic League Uniforms. No Facsimiles or late arrivals will be accepted. Any RFB received after that time will not be opened and will be returned. Overnight mail must also be properly labeled on the outside of express envelope or package in reference to RFB. Pre-Bid Conference: A Recommended Pre-Bid Conference will be conducted on Wednesday, November 01, 2023 at 10:00 am. The Pre-Bid Conference will be conducted at the Mission City Hall, Community Room, 1201 E. 8th St., Mission, TX 78572. Conference will also be available via zoom. All prospective respondents are encouraged to be in attendance. All Bidders are recommended to attend and sign in. Solicitation documents will not be mailed, e-mailed, or provided in person. Once registered, you will also be added to the solicitation distribution list for changes and/or additions via Addenda form.
