1. Project is for the repair of damage to the science building caused by water. Repairs include gypsum wall board repairs; new LVT, broadloom carpet, carpet tile and VCT flooring and base; new acoustical wall covering; new paint; and new floor receptacles and associate electrical and CAT6 wiring. Additional work includes moving and storing existing loose fixtures, furnishing, and auditorium seating while work is being performed, then reinstalling. Existing equipment to be left in place is to be protected. Star projector is to have protective box built and placed around it to prevent any damage, debris or dust getting onto the projector during construction.
