It is the intent of this specification to obtain an annual price agreement for the purchase of pavement crack and joint sealing services for the City of Grand Prairie Street Division. These services shall include but not limited to cleaning, prepping, and sealing of joints and/or cracks on both asphalt and concrete streets. This contract will begin on or after September 1, 2021. .
