Columbia County (County) hereby requests sealed bids for a unit price contract of ADA Plumbing; toilet, lavatory, and fixture replacements for thirteen (13) unit bathrooms of Memory Care Unit at the Columbia Health Care Center located at 323 W. Monroe, Wyocena, Wisconsin. Work is to include, but not be limited to, demolition, removal, disposal, provision, shipping, delivery, and installation of new toilets, sinks, and faucets for thirteen (13) unit bathrooms in the facility. Pricing is for all costs related to unit installations including, but not limited to; materials, parts, labor, benefits, overhead, supervision, project management, taxes, insurance and all other costs necessary to provide materials and system as specified. The project (Project CL-PF 21-37: CHCC ADA Plumbing Improvements) is funded through a Community Development Block Grant-Public Facilities (CDBG-PF). Davis-Bacon wage rates shall apply for ALL classes of work. Bidders shall comply with Prevailing Wage Rate provisions per the Wisconsin Department of Administration in addition to the Federal Davis-Bacon Act, whichever is higher. Contractor and Subcontractors shall not be barred from working on Federal, Davis-Bacon, or prevailing wage projects and shall not appear on Sam.gov disbarment list.
