TSTC is requesting proposals from suppliers to provide an Employee Recognition Program. The services are to include gifts (monetary and non-monetary) and recognition awards. The selected supplier must be able to provide a cloud-based solution that will integrate with Workday ERP platform and comply with the TSTC’s branding requirements. TSTC is looking for a solution that will allow the college to create a vital tool that will make the Employee Recognition Program a part of the college’s culture. Today TSTC employs approximately 1600 full-time employees and does not have a platform where recognitions are recorded and the process is manual, therefore the proposed solution must be robust and scalable.
