The City of Westbrook, Maine is seeking proposals from qualified firms (or teams) to revitalize the Cornelia Warren Recreational Area (otherwise, known as “Warren Rec Complex”), located at 389 Main Street in Westbrook. To be considered a responsive Proposal, the Contractor shall have obtained at least one set of Accompanying Bid Documents from the Issuing Office and at least one member of the firm or team shall attend a mandatory site walk to be held on Thursday, July 30 at 1pm (rain date: Friday, July 31 at 1pm). All questions shall be directed, in writing, to Robyn Saunders, Project Manager, at [email protected] by noon on Wednesday, August 5, 2020. Proposals for the Revitalization of the Cornelia Warren Recreational Area will be received by the City of Westbrook, at the office of the City Clerk, 2 York Street, Westbrook, ME 04092 until 3:00 PM on Tuesday, August 25, 2020, at which time the bids will be publicly opened.
