The National Park Service (NPS), Petrified Forest National Park intends to procure 31 five-gallon potted trees with installation at the visitor center parking area. The proposed contract will be a firm fixed price (FFP) awarded as a small business set aside; the size standard is $10M. The contractor will be required to provide the following: Celtis reticulata (netleaf hackberry) 6 ea; Chilopsis linearis (desert willow) 4 ea; Fraxinuis anomala (singleleaf ash) 6 ea; Gleditsia triacanthos (honey locust) 3 ea; Quercus emoryi (Emory oak) 4 ea; Quercus gambelii (Gambel oak) 5 ea; Robinia neomexicana (New Mexican locust) 3 ea; and, all labor, materials, supplies, and equipment necessary to install the trees. The contractor will also be required to perform some grading and remove two concrete pads approximately 3 feet by 3 feet.
