Description


This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, "Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items," as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued.

This solicitation is a request for quotations (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2019-02

The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 811420 with a small business size standard of $7.5 millions.

FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items (Oct 2014)

The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers:

Basis for Award: Lower Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA), basis on which award will be made is price and other factors. Award will be in the aggregate to the responsive offeror fully meeting the mandatory technical factors listed below. Offeror must submit information to evaluate their offers Failure to provide the information required to evaluate the offer may result in rejection of that offer without future consideration.
Technical Evaluation Factors:
1. Contractor must be capable to reupholster KI Pirettis to manufacture's spec. and lobby club chairs and loveseats.
2. Contractor shall provide a list of three (3) completed or active contracts for related or similar services.
3. Contractor must be able to be flexible in scheduling of phases in the event we need to space out the dispatching of a phase.
