1. BACKGROUND: This Statement of Work (SOW) is to acquire installation of sirens and police emergency lights on government-owned vehicles with the Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Immigration and Customs
Enforcement, Homeland Security Investigations in San Juan, Puerto Rico (hereinafter referred to as HSI San Juan).
2. SCOPE: The HSI San Juan has a requirement to install sirens and law enforcement police emergency lights to nine 2010 Jeep Cherokees and two 2010 Dodge Chargers.
The HSI San Juan office will provide the selected vendor with the following materials:
-Eleven (11) Galls 100 Watt Concealment Speakers
-Eleven ( 11) Galls Basic Remote Siren with Air Horn ST110
The selected contractor shall install one of each in each of the vehicles listed above.
Installation is required to be conducted in Puerto Rico. Installation warranties must also be serviced in Puerto Rico.
In addition to installation of the above equipment, the contractor shall furnish and install the following on each vehicle:
Installation:
1. One strobe lights kit
2. Two phantom lights (LED, mini phantom, ULB9, blue)
3. Operating switches inside each vehicle to operate the aforementioned components
Contractor shall provide all the required tools, hardware and materials. The contractor shall including wiring for installations.
Contractor shall supply all mounting peripherals required to complete full installation.
3. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE
The period of performance will commence upon award of contract and must be completed and fully operational no later than July 9, 2012.
