1.0 SCOPE This statement of need contains requirements to repair and resurface the entirety of the 01 level passageway and 3rd engineer’s stateroom.

4.1 Perform spot repairs to deck covering on 01-level interior passageway and 3rd engineer’s stateroom, if necessary.
4.2 Sand and top-coat entire area described above and finish w/ matte, non-skid style finish (see dry lab area as example).
