OSPI intends to award a sole source contract to Lives in the Balance, Inc. to provide two (2), two- (2-) day on-site professional development trainings in support of OSPI’s project to eliminate the practice of isolation and reduce the practices of restraint and room clears in Washington state schools. The primary objective is introducing Dr. Greene’s evidence-based model of student care and behavioral support: the Collaborative & Proactive Solutions (CPS) model.
