Request for Proposals No. 2022-41 - Restraint and Isolation Advisory Group The Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction (OSPI) is initiating this Request for Proposals (RFP) to solicit proposals from Consultants interested in convening and facilitating a workgroup focused on student restraint and isolation. Over a six- (6-) month period, the workgroup will identify trauma informed strategies, approaches, and curricula for supporting students in distress and with challenging behaviors that prioritize relational safety.
