The Phase II project includes Interior and exterior restoration of the historically significant 1874 Powhatan Methodist Church. The project includes the restoration of the interior finishes, windows, doors, exterior siding and trim. The project also includes the restoration of a historic chandelier as well as replication of a second matching chandelier. A new ADA ramp and entrance will be constructed along with a new parking area. The project also includes new mechanical and electrical systems.
