The Air Force intends to solicit and issue an award for the following services:  The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, test equipment, material, parts, quality control, transportation, inspection manuals, personal protective equipment and clothing including reflective clothing (belt, vest, etc), hearing and eye protection including prescription safety glasses, safety harnesses, fall protection equipment, lifting equipment and any incidentals necessary to perform the test, teardown, evaluation, and repair of (TT&E) Skiaky Resistance Welder located in Bldg 3001, Post I-81 at the Oklahoma City Air Logistics Complex (OC-ALC). The contractor shall be responsible for insuring all services and parts provided under this contract are in accordance with (IAW) terms and conditions outlined herein and conform to the manufacturer's equipment specifications and this Performance Work Statement (PWS). The equipment is listed in Appendix A.  A Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract with a Time and Materials CLIN is contemplated.  The proposed Period of Performance is 24 March 2014 - 24 June 2014.  The estimated award date is 21 March 2014.
