Decade Resistor are convenient resistance standards for checking the accuracy of resistance-measuring devices. The 1433-29 is intended for precision-measurement applications for accuracy, stability, and low zero resistance. The 1433-29 are used as components in dc and audio frequency impedance bridges. All calibration activities now utilize the same calibration equipment/standards/techniques to support similar workloads and cannot be deviated or substituted. This has minimized the number of calibration procedures used Navy-wide, reduced the training requirements, caused fewer interface problems between equipment, reduced calibration time and improved compatibility between calibration laboratories.  IET LABS has proprietary rights to the design, engineering and documentation of both the standard and the parts being   ordered.  If IET LABS does not provide the required part(s), compatibility and interchangeability problems could occur in the performance and accuracy of other internal parts and overall function these models.
