The City of Spokane Waste to Energy Facility (COS WTE) is initiating this Request For Quotes to solicit quotes from vendors who have a proven ability to provide Resin meeting stated specifications, to enable COS WTE to procure Resin as-needed. The City does not bind itself to purchase the full quantities stipulated in the proposal as estimates. Payment will be made only for deliveries received and accepted. Bid must be electronically submitted through the City of Spokane’s ProcureWare submittal portal to be responsive and accepted. It is the responsibility of Proposers to check ProcureWare for Addenda or other additional information that may be posted regarding this Bid. Submit ALL questions through the Clarifications Tab
