The purpose of this contract is to provide technical assistance and services as described in detail in Section C for the implementation of the USAID/South Sudan Resilience through Agriculture in South Sudan Activity. This is a Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) Completion type contract. For the consideration set forth below, the Contractor must achieve the performance objectives, deliverables, and outputs at the stated quality described in this contract.
