The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA), Federal Acquisition Service (FAS), Office of Travel, Transportation, and Logistics (TTL), Office of Fleet Management (Fleet) is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) to obtain industry input; to identify sources for two required services: 1) to provide Fleet with motor vehicle residual value forecasts and 2) to provide wholesale vehicle values and related services. The information provided in the RFI is subject to change and is not binding on the Government. GSA has not made a commitment to procure any of the items described herein, and release of this RFI should not be construed either as a commitment or as an authorization to incur costs for which reimbursement would be required or sought. All submissions become Government property and will not be returned.
