2.1.6 Communications

During the source selection, exchanges of source selection information between the Government and Offerors shall be controlled by the CO. The CO has determined that either mailed hard copies or electronic communication is appropriate. Email may be used to transfer information between the Government and the Offerors, only if the email can be sent encrypted and includes "Source Selection Information - See FAR 2.101 & 3.104" in the Subject line. Mailed documents shall be marked "For Official Use Only" and "Source Selection Information (See FAR 2.101 and FAR 3.104")," addressed to the CO as shown below:

TO BE OPENED BY ADDRESSEE ONLY

Or, if hand carrying source selection information, the Offeror will need to coordinate in advance the date and time with the Contracting Officer. Coordination will be completed via email with Ambros Montoya at [email protected] and the information will be delivered to:
