The Federal Bureau of Investigation intends to sole source to Wagner Toxicology and Associates, LLC, for research and education services.  This requirement is for the Weapons of Mass Destruction Division HQ. Per FAR 5.207(16)(ii) all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
